BeoVision 10-32 - picture gone/sound OK issue

Hi,

The picture on my 10-32 suddenly went black but I can still hear sound & can change channels with the remote, etc.

I have read on the forum that others have suffered the same issue & that it often can be down to the component PCB 15 MEMC. Could anyone kindly help me with a few questions? 

a) where I can purchase one of these PCB's? 

b) is this something I can replace myself or does it have to be done at a main dealer? (I work as a telecom engineer so am reasonably capable with wiring/electronics)

c) what is it likely to cost?
