Hello everyone!
I've recently bought an ex demo Beosound Core to help in the modernisation of my old Beolab system.
I've come to set it up, I get the white light, then the Amber flashing, then the steady blue.
I can see the device on my Bluetooth connections and connect to it for audio, I can also see the device within the B&O app and it asks if I want to configure it. I click continue and from then on I'm stuck in a loop of "connecting to product" and "retrieving WiFi list failed".
Could anyone PLEASE help on what I'm doing wrong, I've done a full reset, I've uninstalled and unpaired and now I'm just stuck with a very expensive piece of black plastic and flashing lights!

If not already the case, could you connect it via Ethernet for the setup as a first step to isolate if the problem is with the WiFi (in the Core or in your environment)?

Yes. That would be my recommendation as well to try setting up via Ethernet and update the software etc if any.
