Beolab 5 - Background noise when power is on.

Friends,

I know that there have been several discussions about the many chassis defects on specific versions of beolab 5's. I have, unfortunately, already replaced the chassis in the left speaker twice and now the right speaker might have the same issue.

When the speaker is turned on there is a constant noise (windy). The noise is higher or lower depending on the volume.

Anyone in the forum who has experience the same issue and does anyone have more specific knowledge about the beolab 5 versions that have a general issue with the chassis?
