beovox 5000 panel loudspeakers

[forgive lack of caps, my shift keys aren't working...]

for the beovox 5000s -- i know they're designed to work with the wall on which they're hung but how do they sound if not wall mounted, say, resting against like wall at an angle like a painting or big mirror [top edge against the wall, bottom edge slightly away]. does performance/sound quality drop off noticeably. does the whole sound profile change

Might not be a good idea. The amplifiers won't be too happy supporting the weight of the panel.

On the floor those beautiful panels will be at risk of accidental damage too.

Buy some brackets and hang them is my suggestion
