Hi
My 3000s CD player is playing up.It will run fine for upto 6 tracks from turning unit on,then it will start to make a noise like its struggling to read the disc and keeps cutting off..
Any idea's?

The 'experts' will I'm sure give you the best advice, but it sounds to me like the mechanism which transports the laser across the disc is getting stuck along its route. Might be just dirt/dust which can be easily cleaned or perhaps try applying one of the specialist electrical lubricant/cleaner sprays to the transport mechanism.
