TL;DR: I need to transport my beocenter but am unable to remove the platter in order to reach the transport screw, any tips?
I just got this device from my grandparents but sadly the arm keeps lifting itself after 1 second or so, goes down and repeats the same pattern over and over.
This is probably because during transport I forgot to screw tight the transport screw, now I've found someone handy with electronics so I need to transport it again.
The transport screw is under the platter but i'm unable to get it off.
Is there something i'm missing?
