I bought a brand new Beosound 1 Radio/CD player whilst living in the US - it is 110 v only.

Is it possible to fit an internal 240 v to 110 v transformer to this item? I do not want to have to use a plug-in transformer unit if there is some better/neater way around the problem.

What is the 4 digit type number of the unit you purchased?

Regards Keith....

Does anyone know if there is a simple jumper on a model type 2583 to switch from 110v to 224v? And on which PCB?
