First, Happy New Year to all.

I am new on this Forum; i have a Beomaster that works perfectly but it is heating up quite a lot; got a second one purchased for parts...what could be heating up?

Hi Marie, bonne année and welcome!

I think you should first check the idle (no-load) current settings, possibly replace the pertaining trimmers.

Whilst you're at it, replace the maroon ROE electrolytic caps.

😊
