Hi

The ON lamp in my 4000 has blown so i looked at the schematic to what I should replace it with. According to the schematic, it is 12v 30ma lamp. This lamp is shown in series with a 6v 30ma RAD lamp.

My question is what is the RAD lamp as i cannot find it and is the voltage through the lamps slightly higher than their rated voltage given the supply voltage is shown as 22v. Also, would it be ok to rectify the 22v and use leds as replacement lamps if I can't find suitable  replacements.

Regards

Greg

RAD is for "Radicator". That's the signal meter.

Correct lamps can be obtained from beoparts-shop.com
Use the contact form if not listed there already.
