Hi there

I'm having a Beocom 6000 problem, I hope someone can put me straight please.

I have two handsets and one pyramid dock. All was working, but as I was away for a while, the batteries had discharged.

I charged and one phone is working as it should.

The other was picked up by my button pressing friend who unregistered it from the base for reasons best known to him.

This was working fine before, but now finds the base and asks for the pin. It then says *ERROR*

I press the button on the base while trying to register.

I have factory reset the phone.

I accessed the base with the working handset and changed the pin to see if that would help.

Is there something that I'm missing.

It was working fine until it was unregistered.

I still have access to the base through the working handset.

Thanks

The only thing I could think of is maybe you have reg more than 6 handsets in the memory to check go into the menu and see how many handsets are reg if there are are few there delete take a not of the working handset before number before doing this, hopefully that should resolve your problem

Thanks

Having been through the handset over and over I can't for the life of me see a list of registered handsets.

I have Mk1 handsets, if that makes a difference.

Where can I see registered handsets?

Thanks
