beocenter 9500 door problems

Dear members,

My BC 9500 plays very well with any input signal comming from Radio, cassette and CD aswell, but the problem is that the k7 door refuses to open when everything looks ok. Motor receive energy and works with a 9V batt. but when you touch the open door contact nothing happens.

The problem came once when the front pannel suddenly close because of the lack of the metal bar support. Maybe a solder point is broken?

Can anyone help me to trace the problem, I'm a basic user with some knowledge.

Any support will be more than welcome.
