Beosound Ouverture and 2300 - same problem with CD

Hi, 

I'm currently working on a Besound Overture and a 2300. Both bones have the same problem.

 

The CD player does not play all CDs and most of the time it can no longer read the last tracks. Then it just stops.

 

I have already replaced all the capacitors, but unfortunately no improvement. It is not possible to adjust the focus with the built-in CD drive. At least I didn't find anything.

 

Do you have a tip? Does replacing the laser help?

Sounds like you need a new laser, a CDM12.4 replacement will most likely do it.

I thought that this might be the problem. I ordered a new laser and I will exchange it.

I changed the laser and it worked perfectly. A very easy repair and the new laser costs about 25 Euro! Perfect.
