Bv11 Motorised Stand problem

I recently moved my BV11 with stand.

It was working fine prior to the move. Upon placing at the new house, the motorised stand isnt working.

I can hear the motor whir but there is no movement. Ive tried a factory reset to but to no avail.

Does anyone have any pointer that I can try?

What is happening under the metal cover when the motor is making a noise?

Maybe one of the drive wheels have become dislocated?
