Hello everyone,
New to the forum and looking for help.
Just picked up a Beovision 7-55 (7.6) & have a few questions
1. Where to get a specific 7-55 Service Manual
2. What are these error codes - 0916AC-2B, 0914 22-2D, & 9014 ST-01
3. Picture setting recommendations
4. Was there a wall mount option from B&O
5. There is a 3D menu, but the 3D options are greyed out and can not choose them.
Really appreciate the help and thank you in advance.

you can get a service manual on this site, you need to upgrade membership for a small fee to access
Service manual will help with those
picture settings are whatever you are happy with, default is generally best and go from there.
there was a wall mount option. you can find brackets around, or ask the resellers of B&O online if they have one, or buy from STB Brackets, could be expensive though
It may be a MK1 which i don't think supports 3D, but uses the same menu as a MK2
Yep got gold member already, they only have service manuel for the 7-40. It did not have those codes in it,
I am after the model number for the wall bracket for the 7-55, could the 7-40 mount work?
I see, but strange that it would be a menu option. for the 3D to work do you need to connect or pair the goggles somehow

The codes mean nothing. Ignore them. Even B&O engineers have no idea what they mean, and if the TV works perfectly - what's the problem? :)
7-40 Wall Bracket will not work with the 7-55. I can get hold of an original B&O 7-55 close wall bracket. PM me if you need one.
When you software update the Mk1 to the later levels, it carries with it the settings in the menu for the Mk2 3D. However, it will be greyed out. Your TV is not 3D.

Hi Lee and everyone,
I bought recently a BV 7-55 MK2 with B&O original close wall bracket.
I have not installed it yet (TV very heavy - about 75kg)
Please advice do I connect all cables before we put it on the wall.
Can I add cables (PL cables, HDMI etc) after while the TV is on the wall?
