This is driving me nuts and so far support don't have an answer for me, other than pushing me toward 5ghz interference from other electronics, or Microsofts wireless protocol. What happens is that sometimes when I connect them to my Xbox, I get a pop sound in (usually) the right ear piece, and it has a steady rhythm to it. It kind of pulses the pop once every few seconds. I find that if I either power on and off the headset, disconnect and connect it back to the Xbox, or mute/un-mute the built in mics, it goes away and then they work perfectly for however long my gaming session might be.
It is doubly annoying because the official Xbox headset which uses the same wireless protocol doesn't suffer from this at all, so I'm loathe to put the blame in wifi interference etc
Has anyone else had this issues? Thanks
