Tunein don’t start on Essence MK1

Hi all!

Some weeks ago my MK1 BO Essence stoped to start tunein form remote.

The only way to play a radiostation from Tunein is to start it on my phone and then to use Airplay.

I tried to reset and reinstall Essence in the BO app but without any results.

Can someone please help me?

It is a know problem.
I am in contact with Bang & Olufsen support but so far without a solution.
You can probably play some stations on TuneIn (for instance SomaFM Secret Agent works fine for me), while others do not work at all

I have contacted TuneIn support as well, but so far with no results (they say that there have been no changes to the streams i normally use since 2017)

All in all the underlying technical problem is - to my knowledge - not yet known.
