Beolab 18 flashing rapid green

Hi It’s doing this in the off position. Unplugging and plugging back in does no good

If you take a look at the product support pages on the B&O website it explains the meaning of the different lights

 

 

Flashing green means a software update is in progress (and says do Not disconnect from the mains)

 

 

Rapidly flashing green means the speaker is ready to be connected wirelessly to a transmitter.

I suspect you may need to re-pair with the transmitter if you are using one.

I've got 4 Beolab 17's and a 19 and after an update (now multiple!) I cannot get the green lights to stop flashing. I've tried repairing, repudiating unlpugging - everything I can think of.

Anyone have any suggestions?
