Do anyone have experience about differences in soundwise between these two?
I think I have seen somewhere that MMC20EN(silver) does have suspension beyond repair, is this true? And how about MMC20E(black)?

Both models have the same motor and suspension as they are from the same generation. The “N” designation means it has a nude diamond instead of a bonded one.

When asking about fixing a cartridge, there are basically 3 things that break/wear out on any cartridge - stylus, suspension and coils. B&O no longer services cartridges and neither the 20E or 20EN are user-serviceable. This means you have to send it off to a 3rd party service company or replace it. Any B&O cartridge repair is going to be $250+ and that the starting price of a new SMMC20E from Sound-Smith.com who builds them under B&O license. Given the age of both of those cartridges, I would not repair them but replace them.
