Greetings,

I seek assistance, I got an a9Mk1 on auction and when i got home and tried to add it on my home network, I can't seem to access the device.

The following are steps I took to try and troubleshoot:

1. Plugged the a9 using a network cable to my router

2. Used the B&O app to try and add the device

3. Pressed the reset button at the back of the unit and still no luck.

4. Tried installing the B&O app on various devices (minus ios device) and still can't find it on the network.

As per the above steps, is there anything I'm missing to try and connect the device to wifi/network ?

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Regards,

KM

If memory serves, the A9 MkI only has 2.4 GHz wifi. By any chance is your home network operating on 5 GHz only?
