I don't frequent the site much these days, so if this has been discussed already then I apologise but having just seen and commented on the LG TV with moving cover I was reminded of this which I noticed a few weeks ago -

How can LG get away with this? Isn't the design either patented or copyright?
It's a huge lump, much bigger than it appears in "solo" pictures but still, did B&O give the OK for this?
