Hi!
Coming with a very unusual issue - couldn't find anything even remotely similar case on the internet, so any suggestions would be extremely welcome...
Setup:
I have new B&O H95 headphones, using them with Bluetooth
I have been using them when connected with iPhone 13.
H95's auto turn off mode OFF;
Issue: at random time intervals (usually between few minutes and and hour) the headphones gesture control on the right earcup just stops working. Resulting in me having to turn them on and off again…. The audio continues as normal and the gesture controls are then reinstated.
What makes things more complicated is that this is my second pair that have done the same thing. I am now really concerned its user Error rather then product default.
if anyone can describe step by step how they connect H95s to there phone to listen to music that would also be appreciated, just to make sure it isn’t user error for the gesture controls (unsure if they work with Spotify for example and only respond to BandO app with Spotify app closed).
Will appreciate ANY ideas.
Thank you!
