Substitute for Multiplay Surround Decoder II

Hi everyone. I am looking for an almando Multiplay Surround Decoder II because it is not available at the moment. If anyone has used it, let me know.

But apart from that Almando ... is there something like this? Then a dolby 5 + 1 decoder, which uses the TV remote control (hdmi arc) for volume, can be activated and deactivated by itself, perhaps with integrated chromecast and airplay.
