STATUS OF FORUM CHANGEOVER

Dear Beoworld Members,

Most of the DNS servers around the world have been updated now and most members should now have access to the new forum here.

The following points should be noted:-

• As previously stated on the old forum, your post count from the old forum can be manually updated BUT not until after 2nd March. The reason is that I have to transfer the old forum from the US server to the archived server before I can transfer posting counts.The transfer of the old forum to the archived server in Europe will take at least 36 hours.
• Some Founder members are only shown as Gold members. Founder members should log out of their accounts on the Beoworld web site and then re-login.
• On the Beoworld web site which normally shows the latest posting, it is currently blank, this is because the new forum has a different SQL table structure and it is looking at the wrong table currently. This will be fixed in the coming days as it requires a code change on the web site.
• Some members have previously changed their e-mail addresses without updating their profile both on the forum and at the Beoworld web site. Currently I have noted 5 members in this situation. Those members will know who they are because they will not have a role status, i.e. Bronze, Silver or Gold below their name. These members should update their e-mail address via the Beoworld web site to correct the situation.

I am sure the new forum will be loved very soon. One thing I would likt to have changed is the font size of the Thread header lines. Can this be a little bigger or outlined. It is not so easy anymore to have a quick overview.

It seems my fault, but how can I log out? Can't found this option, and currently I have no gold, no founder status

Found log out/log in, but post count is still wrong
