I have been checking on that lately, the government run mails worldwide are the worst, but cheap, one of the best and cheapest of the couriers is DHL, the rest is trying to charge you more or at least the same as the value of the item.
Clearly a new world record. Better late than never, I suppose.

I just got a small packet from Hong Kong, took five weeks in "Air Mail". Probably on a hot air balloon.

Ever since my first Mouser order (6 month disaster) I have trained myself to order parts ahead of time so I can have them ready when I have free time to work on the projects! Right now I have at least three boxes from Mouser at home waiting on me!
