Hi all,

I have connected my BS5e to my BS4 via AUX-in on the BS 4 in the same room.

The BS4 is set to OPT 0, the BS5e to OPT 4 (BS4 is connected to a video-master, which is set to OPT 2).

A Playmaker (with fixed line-out and set to OPT 0) is connected to the BS5e via the line-in port.

How do I set the the BS5e to a fixed line-out level?

What I have done is select A-Opt via Beo4 and store the S-store current volume.

A.Setup - GO - List untill S.Store - 0 - GO  works for the Playmaker, but not for the Encore.

Is this correct? What steps to do for the Encore, or is just setting the volume to the same level as the BS4 enough?

Any advice would be helpful.

Kind regards,

Beofan53

Hi Beofan53,

sorry - never heard of setting a BS5E to fixed line-out Crying

The BS5E is a standalone-concept - I dont think that is possible.

Anyway - if you want that odd setup, set the volume of it as you wish...

...and never touch that wheel again.

And you will have to put it in Option 4 (as you already have) or in Option 0…
