P.MUTE on the Beo4

Greetings all!

Got a question concerning the P.MUTE functionality available on all Beo4 remotes running SW5.0 and EE 6.1 or higher from my understanding.

Is this function recognized by the BeoVision or by the processor BeoSystem that is driving the BeoVision?

Is it only recognized by BeoVisions or BeoSystem beyond a specific year or that are running a specific software / firmware / CDDB /etc...

I ask seeing that I finally got a Beo4 remote that is running SW 5.0 EE 6.1 and after ADDing the P.MUTE function to my list nothing is happen.  From my understanding I have a BeoVision 4-50 MKII that is being driven by a BeoSystem 1

Hi,

You are absolutely correct:

Only BeoSystem 3, BeoVision 6, BeoCenter 6, Beovision 7, BeoVision 8, BeoVision 8 and BeoVision 10 are supporting the P.Mute Command.
