Yes. The non-DVD version shipped after they ditched the single DVI in the MKII. Should have at least three HDMI sockets and full HD support.

It depends which size of BeoVision7 you are talking about. The 32" even without DVD only had 2 x HDMI sockets. Also the 32" only had a resolution of 720 thus HD ready but not Full HD at 1080.
The 40" had four HDMI sockets but one will be taken up with the internal DVB module (versions of the 40" with BluRay player only had two spare HDMI sockets).

Assuming it's a 32" ...
They did a non-HDMI (DVI for HD) without DVD, based on the Mk3. It was Type Number 9344 (whereas the Mk3 with DVD was Type Number 9334).
