I RECENTLY HAD TO RECONFIGURE MY 9500 DUE TO BEING UNPLUGGED FOR APPROX 3 WEEKS, NOW WORKING DUE TO HELPFULL MEMBERS ON THIS FORUM........HOWEVER, STILL GOT A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH RADIO STATIONS.

IF I DON'T REPLACE THE INTERNAL BATTERY BUT LEAVE THE 9500 IN STANDBY WITHOUT POWERING OFF FROM THE MAINS WILL THE 9500 KEEP ALL RADIO STATIONS OR WILL I HAVE TO FIND ALL STATIONS AGAIN & AGAIN.

ALTHOUGH I MANGED TO GET THE 9500 POWERED UP AFTER BEING DISCONNECTED FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS BY USING THE REMOTE TOGETHER WITH A CODE ON THE REMOTE THE 9500 DOES NOT SEEM TO FIND (ONLY ONE OR TWO) RADIO STATIONS BY SEARCHING, DO I NEED TO CLEAR ALL WHAT IS PROBABLY IN IT'S SCRAMBLED MEMORY BY USING THE "CLEAR" BUTTON..........CAN SOMEONE TALK ME THROUGH FINDING & STORING THE STATIONS (MY MANUAL HAS LONG SINCE BEEN LOST IN HOUSE RE-DECORATIONS ETC.)

REGARDS

The userguide can be found here: http://www.bang-olufsen.com/en-US/customer-service/product-support/sound/sound-systems/beocenter-9000-9300-9500 and here: http://www.beoservice.nl/manual/manual/B&O%20AudioSys/BeoCenter%209500/BC9500_user1-eng.pdf

Probably all radiostations are lost. You have to select them again in set them in the presets. I do not know what kind of remote you are using, but on the panel of your BC you can touch Programming, select a frequency and then select Store, presetnumber 1, or 2 etc. Confirm with Store on the panel.

The same procedure goes for setting the audio levels like volume, bass and treble. Suc6!

But, by not replacing the battery, the settings will be lost when the BC is unplugged from the mains.

So not really a neccessary but I would advise to change the battery.
