Hello!
I'm looking for a BEO TV to use with my old video games like Nintendo 8-bit, Sega, Atari etc. Right now I have them hooked up to my flat-screen but I don't like the picture. I would rather have a CRT TV, without widescreen or anything else fancy. Just an old classic 4:3 CRT :)
Is there any CRT specific that you can recommend? What I'm looking for is for example scart with support for RGB and also maybe S-Video. Is there any BEO CRTs that have support for component-connection? Which CRT is the largest (inches)?
Thanks!
Go for either an MX7000 or an MX8000. Awesome picture and sound and perfect for consoles

How about this free one in great condition! http://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/t/5499.aspx
I still use my beovision 8902. Indestructible, big screen, good picture, great sound quality from the big loudspeakers.
The retro look has to be your thing though, it looks great with my beosystem 8000 but for more modern B&O the MX8000, 7000 or 6000 would suit better, or LX6000, LX2802.
If you're after 4:3, then what about a Beovision 1?
If you have a console, it might be best to get an MX 7000 / 8000 with Stand 2057.

I'm planning to buy a Beovision Avant 32 w/wo DVD for my old video game systems (SNES, PS2, GC) --> 3 RGB Scart connections.
In my opinion the best choice.
Cheers
The problem there is widescreen... 4:3 is much better for older video game consoles
