Hello!

I'm having a problem with my beogram 8002. When I push play button, the tangential arm will move all the way to the end of the record, and won't come back unless i push the stop button. When the arm is over the record, if i push the forward or reverse button, the arm will stop, and then i push play, it will lower on the record, and would play, but it seem it doesn't tract the groove, and after a few second, it will raise and goes to rest (stop). I have checked the voltage on the main circuit board and everything is ok. The lamp on the arm will lit when on play ( the one that sends light on the record) Could it be the receptive xtr's that would be defective?(the one that read the reflected light) If so is there a way to check those parts? Thanks for your help.
