Hi all I need some help.I have just bought an ex hotel bv6-26 for spare room,b2b disabled,everything works fine as any other beovision,but when I connect ir lead to control sky box nothing is happening.
the sky menu appears as normal when menu pressed but nothing else can be controlled with the beo 4.any help would be most grateful as I hate using sky remote.
You can check that the STBc emitter is working by looking at the emitter with a digital camera as this will see the ir transmission.
If the blaster is working have you got it positioned correctly on the Sky box?

On the BV6-26s the B2B board actually has to come out and the stb lead plugged back into its correct socket in order for the stb to work. Its an easy 10-15min job.
