Hey,

I have a BeoSound 3200. I've used it often and it worked fine. Then I tiped in the wrong key, only once, and now there is no posibility to use the BeoSound. There is just the red light (stand by light?) blinking, when I push a button it just Displays "wait". Any idea what this could be?

I have read all the Manual and so on, but no hint. The Beo Service hasn't really read my Service request, they just answered that if I Need a new key, the guys in the Shops could give me one....thanks B&O.

Thanks for your help!

They are correct. Sounds like the theft protection has been activated. Enter your PIN number and it will be good to go.

You've typed the Pin Code in wrongly, three times..  that's 12 button presses!

You need to see the person you bought it from for the Pin Code and once you have it, leave the product in standby for 5 hours - then try entering the Pin.
