Beo4 can not control X10 devices, however you can buy a box that translates the signal from B&O codes to X10 protocol. I found this, but it is an old link. I am sure you will find a solution if you google Beo4 x10, that you can buy where you live or on the internet.
Beolab 50, Beolab 8000 x 2, Beolab 4000 x 2, BeoSound Core, BeoSound 9000, BeoSound Century, BeoLit 15, BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay P2, BeoPlay H9 3rd Gen, BeoPlay H6, EarSet 3i, BeoVision Eclipse Gen 2 55", BeoPlay V1-40, BeoCom 6000 and so much else :)
I looked into X10 and B&O as I had a load of X10 and used it with my Phillips Pronto but wanted to use my Beo4. I moved on to Homeeasy and Lightmanager-B&O and it works a treat with both my Beo4 and Beo5 and very reliable.
However, you want to know about Beo4 & X10, I very nearly bought the item Michael suggested and saved a link to it ages ago. I just went to it and it and it seems to be still available here.
Lintronic might also be something to consider as that seems to do X10
