I have got one beo viosion 10, two beolabs 9, two beolabs 8000, one beolab 2, one HD player, one beosound 900. With those devices above, which kind of configuration sould I setup for the best (or more suitable)?

How do you mean "setup"?
If those are in the same room, I would have the BS9000 and BV10 masterlinked, Beolab 8000 and Beolab 2 connected to the BV10 so that you get surround sound.

I use all of those devices in one room
but I still wondering that, If BS 900 and BV 10 are used as masterlink then I can not use the remote to control the BS 900

Yes you can if you set it to the right option. TV should be option 2 and BS option 0.
