Help - Beogram 4000 repairs UK

Please Help! 

The thing that i bought with my first ever paycheck at christmas, my lovely Beogram 4000, isn't working!

I played a record and went to get another. Put the next record on. The on button worked fine however the arm didn't move across and drop onto the record as normal. It stayed static while the platter spun. Trying to shift the arm using the keypad doesn't work either. I can still move the arm up and down using the keypad but when pressing left and right i get nothing. The off button doesn't work too although the on button does weirdly. 

Does anyone have the contact number of a repair place or person who could perhaps help me? I'm in the UK near Manchester although don't mind travelling. 

Any help is appreciated a lot!
