Made me sad and is this not illegal as well?
My B&O products: Beosound 9000, Beosound 2300, Beosound Century, Beolab 8000, Beolab 6000, Beolab 4000 x2, Beolab 3500, Beolab 2000, Beolab 10, Beolink Active x2, Beotime, Beo5 x2, Beo4, A9 keyring x2, LC2 dimmer x6 and growing....
I see those on there all the time. Is this tool available for free somewhere?
£220 lol. And it's not even the latest version. I better make sure that this listing disappears, before someone falls for this (ok, that will probably not happen, but still...).
What makes me sad is that B&O doesn't offer this software for download.

Why, they do! If you are a dealer, you can always download the latest version from the retail system. This software is not meant for customers (which I also regret), but believe me that this is for the better.

I did insist to get the software when I purchased my Beo5. The software is just fine - I can't see why.

Well, that is surprising to hear (and good for you!). But from all I have seen, you are probably one of the rare exceptions in terms of customer types with enough technical know-how to use such a tool (with all it's flaws).
Which version are you using?
I'm using the latest version, and I think it's not too complicated to use.
Selling the software Illegally on ebay though should be stopped...

I bought this item of this seller a couple of months ago. I never received it and got a refund about a week later. I spoke to the man on the phone and he seemed 100% genuine claimed to be a b and o installer. I was going to let people know about it the. But once I received my refund he removed every item he had for sale which I thought was off but now he has reappearedh. The whole experience was a little strange as he refunded my money because he said PayPal wouldn't give it him and then asked for a bank payment which set alarm bells ringing. He is also the same person selling the black beosound 9000 for £100,00.00 and a lot of other expensive brand new b and o.

I don't know which is worse - the £100,000 asking price or the postage price of £5000 - do you get to keep the car/van he delivers it in?!

OK! I searched a few days ago, and only got to version 6.
Does the latest still work with Beo5? On the other hand, the version 6 is much better than the version 3.XX that I had prior.
