I got a secondhand Beo6 (from a B&O store!), but there seems to be an issue with the touchscreen.

I have to push very hard to select the functions. Sometimes it doesn't even work (digits for eg), notably the commands near the border.

Is there a possibility to do a hard reset hoping that I can enter that menu?

on the Beo 5 you can access a little setup menu by pressing and holding "power off" and the "center/ok" button. But on the Beo 5 was no menu to calibrate the screen

Well I don't have to push on the screen of my Beo6 at all, just touch it, like the screen of an iPhone. I'd say just go to the dealer considering you bought it in a B&O store.

Yes, I will ultimately bring it back, but I was just wondering if it's possible to do a hard reset to have the default configuration.

Right, but once in the menu, can't select anything with accuracy.
