I have jsut become the proud owner of a Beosound 9000 with it's vertical stand. I am having trouble setting it up. Does anyone have a digital copy of the manual for the setup of the stand and the fitting of the Bosound 9000 to it.

Many thanks

Since you're a gold member you'll be able to find all manuals online at Beoworld main site. Under products. Yes - thumbs up

Too long to list....

I have downloaded the manual for the BeoSound 9000 but cannot find one for the vertical stand. I guess no-one has thought to put it with the other manuals - unless of course I am looking in the wrong place!

I can see no sign of it there.

Thank you MediaBobNY, I really appreciate it. I was told the Beosound 9000 could be mounted in a high and low position on this stand but it seems not as it does not mention it.

Thanks again

I cannot get the close up panel to work on teh Beosound 9000.As it is connected as option 0 to the Avant as master I wonder whether this cuts it out or is it just broken.

As it is non operational I am also trying to turn random off with the Beo4. I have added it in the list and if I press it the display says 'RANDOM'. According to the manual if I repeat the proceedure and press 'random' twice it should turn it off. This is does not do.

Again any advice appreciated.

Cancel the last post. I just realised that the tabs on the close up panel have to be pushed into the slots in the main unit. This allows the contacts to be made and it now works.

Even though I have owned B&O for a long time, each acquisition seems to bring with it a new set of non intuitive ways of behaving. I guess I should have learnt by now.

However I am grateful that it is working.

If I'm not mistaken there are two versions of the floor stand - an older one with shiny base and a 'Mk 2' version with a matte base.  On the newer one there are two height positions.
