Hi, none of my other beovisions have a blinking light in standby, I have set it to option 6 and everything works as it should (it is a link TV in the kitchen), other than the blinking red light (no pun imtended)
Is this normal or have I done something wrong?
Check that the "timer play " is not energised in the menu.

Blinking standby light usually indicates a Masterlink communication problem.
If it worked properly before I`d try as a first step to disconnect the BV6 from the maind for some minutes and reconnect.
If the light keeps blinking, next step should be to disconnect all devices of your setup and reconnect after a few minutes with the videomaster being the last device to reconnect.
Hope this helps.

Hi Stefan
Thanks for this, yes I recently disconnected my BS3000 and replaced it with a Beolink converter for Airport Express so this maybe why. I will try again.
I have a BV6-26 in my bedroom set to Option 6 and the BV6-22 in the kitchen to 6 with an Avant as 1 - is this correct?

Should work. But maybe your BV6-22 is "missing" the audiomaster. BV6-26 doesn`t blink?
I`d set the system to V.OPT 6 - 6 - 2 (for video- AND audiocommands, if your BL converter acts as an audiomaster) or V.OPT 5 - 5 - 1.
(for videocommands only) You can control audio sources by pressing AV (audio)source.
I guess you didn`t disconnect the whole system from the mains while you replaced the BS3000, as Beo recommends...?
