OK here's my situation, my Beosound Moment Jukebox is displaying the same strobing black screen that it did when I took it in for a review by B&O. Upshot of that was I paid for a new Jukebox, and that was only about 3 months ago.

So I'm guessing it'll be the same result, I'm not keen to shell out another £500 every other couple of months for music.

So what are my options? I'm now happily migrated to NL for all my sound and vision and will miss the mood wheel as I kind of enjoyed some of the music it would throw at me.

Any thoughts on what to do, e.g., a Core etc would be grateful Smile

For sure you will get a new jukebox by B&O, you might be just very unlucky.

My jukebox had crashed and had it fixed by B&O (changed the board). After 6 months it died on me again and they replaced it with a new jukebox, no additional costs.

I think the reason the suddenly stopped with the Moment is due to the poor quality of the electronics in the jukebox.

BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass

BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white

BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver

Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
