Which turntable came out at the time to go with the Beomaster 1900?
The Beogram 1900 and 1902 are contemporary, but the lid shape doen't fit the 1900-series well. The Beogram 2400 series of decks are also good choices. The linear tracking Beogram 4002 was also available and popular at that time.
Here's an old setup of mine - a Beomaster 2400-2 and a Beogram 4002.
Vinyl records, cassettes, open reel, valve amplifiers and film photography.
If you're in the United States, the Beogram 3404 can be found for a decent price (unless a certain other member has started buying them all up). I've paired a BG3404 with both my BM1900 and BM2400.
This is the BM2400 with BG3404, BC2400 and BV P45 in the garage.
I run my BM 2400 with BG 2404, I prefer decks with the MMC 1-5 cartridges
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
Thank you for all the quick answers!
Any comment or advice on the Beogram 1200?
I live in South Africa and can get the Beomaster 1900
+ Beigram 1200 + 2 AR speakers for about US$ 110
I bought the Beogram 1200. All works but one can hear the motor
and the tone arm seems very light. The slightest bit of movement
makes itskip a groove or two? Any suggestion please.
I am looking for an owners manual for
the Beogram 1200. I saw someone thanking
"Peter" for making such a download possible,
but I just cannot find the correct link to it!

The 1200 is equipped with the B&O spring suspension system - just loosen three screws under the platter and there'll be no way of rocking the tone arm out of the groove.
