Is it possible to operate BT Vision using the Beo 4 ?

I've seen the posting for Beo 5 and BT Vision but not Beo 4

Not directly, it all depends on which B&O TV you have and what PUC or STB controller you have built in.

Sorry Stoobietoo...

Beovision 7-40 Mark 3 I think - cant find the paperwork as we've just moved and everything is in boxes. In fact I'm not to far from you... near Williton in Somerset.

We did have Virgin Media hence the move to BT Vision as they don't operate in this area.  BT Vision+ box arrived today (a bit later than 20Sep I was expecting) - and I'll have a go connecting it tomorrow

It is a Beovision 7-40 Mark 3 and it seems it doesn't control BT Vision+.

I have to use V MEM to turn on the tv and to adjust the volume - all other actions are via the BT remote.

Although I can still use the BE0 4 to select and operate... CD, Radio and cassette tape on my Ouverture... a Beoworld prize from a couple of years ago.
