My Beolit 12 which I purchased in June direct from B+O website is dead, happened last week.
I have sent 3 emails now and still await a reply.
Anyone have experience with them or know of another way to contact them.

I promissed you to keep you posted.
They have already answered which is a response time of 48 hours.
Maybe that is because they answered in German which was fine for me ;-)
we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
Just got a reply (stating they are trying to improve customer service)
w5bno123:Doesn't this just prove that local service from your local dealer is still required and generally a better all round experience. Shop at your locally owned B&O store and support the people that have put their own money into the brand.
