B and O Service

My Beolit 12 which I purchased in June direct from B+O website is dead, happened last week.

I have sent 3 emails now and still await a reply.

Anyone have experience with them or know of another way to contact them.

I promissed you to keep you posted. 

They have already answered which is a response time of 48 hours. 

Maybe that is because they answered in German which was fine for me ;-)

Although I have never e-mailed B&O with an issue using Facebook as a portal to companies to complain has always brought swift resolution.

we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.

Doesn't this just prove that local service from your local dealer is still required and generally a better all round experience. Shop at your locally owned B&O store and support the people that have put their own money into the brand.

Yes and No:

On one side it's easier, faster and more relaxed to go to your local dealer (IF you have a got one that care's about service, too!), but on the other side a company like B&O can not behave in a condescending way and treat us like "Please do not disturb us! We already have your money. Now go ahead!"
