Hi, I recently bought a sweet MX7000 from an ethusiast who hadn't used it much for several years. It's in really good condition.

Or so I thought. I recently noticed that even though the sound is powerful, it only had sound coming out of the right speaker. So I started fiddling with the settings and noticed that Powerlink output was set to on and speaker mode was set to "3" which suggested that there had been external speakers at some point.

Fair enough, i turned powerlink off and set speakers to "1" to use internal speakers only, which boosted the sound quite a lot, but still no sound out of the left speaker. I tried the balance settings and putting it all the way to the left made the tv silent. I've tried with stereo sources like video game consoles.

Is there any other settings I might've missed or has something happened to the left speaker/amp? :( At the very first time I used the tv, I noticed some very faint clicking from the tv itself (not from the speakers) but didn't give this much thought. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Kind Regards
