Hello again all.
I'm setting up the 'Wyndham' Beomaster 900K in my office, and I'm having problems connecting it up to the rest of my stuff.
Taking a 3.5mm to DIN from my computer to TAPE allows me to listen to computer audio, no problemConnecting the Beogram 1000 to the PHONO input allows me to listen to the Beogram no problem.Connecting from the TAPE socket to the audio input on my computer gives me nothing at all. I have a DIN to 4 phono cable, and no output from the Beomaster is ever present. The DIN cable is fully wired i.e. one phono socket to each of the 4 pins + GND in the DIN plug, but there is no output present at any of them.According to the manual, recording radio or phono is possible by connecting a tape recorder to the TAPE socket, but I can't see how at all.
So, is this a known issue? Is it a fault on my Beomaster?
Any and all help greatly appreciated - I'm hoping to record some vinyl into my computer.
Thanks
Ray

Ray,
The TAPE DIN output is disconnected if TAPE is pressed so it could be a switch contact problem...

Thanks for the tip. I shall investigate further.
