BeoSound 9000 not work - watch video

Hei

I have å problem whit my BeoSound 9000. The problem is that it does not start playing.

What is the problem?

I think cd-arm pushes down the cd too much.

or, look at the pictures. sits the "gold" bolt correct(video 3)?

Is it set right? There's two small screws under it that should be set according to it's position, i.e. vertical, horisontal, table stand...
