Hi all, picked up a beocom 1401 wall holder, the one with the audio and video buttons, my question is how do i open the little door that holds the batteries and also the second hole for wall fixing

it doesn't seem to want to move at all, i don't have instructions and don't want to damage it, cheers

It is hinged at the top of the battery cover. You need a wide blade inserted at the bottom and tease it out. The wall holder takes three AAA batteries.

You need to get into the battery compartment to access one of the two screw holes for fixing to the wall.
