My 6-22 has a dealer programmable chip rather than the fixed STB-C list found in the TV menu of, for example, the BV5.

If you are buying a 6-22 ask what set top boxes are already listed on the TV, and either buy a STB to match or ask whether a dealer can add your preferred Freeview box. If you have a Beovision main TV you can set it up with both Sky and another Freeview STB and the link TV can choose the Freeview when the main TV is on Sky. Another way to add a different or later STB-C list is to link in an HDR-1 which has its own chip and can have its own IR blaster connection to the STB.
