Beocom 6000 switches off when all others ring.

I have a Beocom 2 and 3 Beocom 6000,s all connected the problem is when I have an incoming call 1 of the 6000,s just switches off when you answer it is always the same phone which does this. Any help appreciated.

Are you sure that the problem Beocom 6000 is charged?  It may look like it when it's on a charger but not hold charge once taken off it.  Does it hold charge OK?  Can you make outgoing calls with it?

Have you tried re-registering that phone to the base station again?
