4500 transport screws

Packing my 4500 up to move. I have attached the transport screws and embossed washers to their plastic posts. are they supposed to be rotated ? Have tried gently turning them but no joy.

As Graham suggests, you will have to be a little more specific regarding the model.
Beogram, Beogram CD or ?

transport screws and embossed washers to their plastic posts

?  There are two red plastic screws that get rotated to remove them from their storage slots.   When inserted into the transport slots you must rotate them to the locked position to secure the suspension.  I'll take a photo of the plastic screws if you wish.
